Instructions
In a saute pan, on medium heat, add the avocado oil and the onion
Once the onion is soft, add the garlic, stir it until golden
Add the kale and use your tongs with rubber ends, stir for 1 minute and turn the stove off, continue stirring. You want the kale to be slightly cooked, not over cooked.
Notes
Wash vegetables and use a salad spinner to remove most of the water. Chop kale leaves by rolling them into a tube and slicing very thinly, creating narrow strips. Believe it or not, the kale taste much better when sliced thinly.
