Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets, (about 4 filets), wild-caught
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp avocado oil (just enough to spread on the fish)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup dill drizzle over the salmon as you like
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in a small bowl, except the dill
- Rub the mix of the ingredients on the filets
- And last, drizzle dill over the salmon
- You don't have to, but let it seat for about 30 minutes so the seasonings penetrate the salmon, preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Place salmon on a rimmed baking sheet with silpat or foil and roasted at 450°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Salmon internal temperature should reach 145°F

Tip 1: Make sure you get a good quality of salmon, buy it wild-caught and sustainably harvested. Pacific or Alaskan Salmon is a good choice. Also, look for salmon with bright silvery skin and make sure the flesh is shiny and moist and brightly-colored. Also, avoid salmon that smells too fishy; it should smell fresh like the ocean.
